Exam Certificates

Examination Certificates are very important documents which you will need to present when applying for colleges, universities and employment. You are therefore urged to collect your certificates on Presentation Evening or as soon as possible thereafter and to keep them safely. Students who are unable to attend should arrange to collect their certificates from the Academy from the day following the Celebration or Award Evenings (usually in November for GCSE and December for A Level). Certificates will not routinely be posted.

The Academy will keep examination certificates for no more than 3 years after the student has left, after which time they will be destroyed.

If you are a past student and did not collect your certificates from the academy after the examinations please contact Mrs Hancocks, Examinations Officer, at the school either by telephone (01376 512911) or by email: examsdept@maltingsacademy.org

If you collected your certificates but have since lost your certificates, they can only be replaced with a Statement of Achievement by direct application to the appropriate examination boards. This will require information on where you sat your exams and proof of identity (such as a birth certificate) and a substantial fee per examination board. You can find further information by visiting the appropriate examination board websites:
