Maltings Academy is emerging from the shadows of its predecessor school and is establishing itself as a forward thinking and dynamic place to work and learn. I am proud and privileged to lead a hardworking and highly effective team of teachers and support staff that are impacting on the attainment and lives of the students in their charge. The Academy has recently benefitted from an investment in buildings and infrastructure that amounts to nearly £700,000. Within two years a state of the art new Academy building will open its doors on the existing site after an investment of nearly £25m. This is a truly enjoyable and fulfilling place to work where students genuinely respond to high quality teaching.
