Best Results Ever

Congratulations to the class of 2012 who achieved Maltings Academy's best ever GCSE results.

94% acheived 5 A* - C grades (up 11% on last year).

51% achieved 5 A* - C including English and Maths (up 9% on last year).

97% achieved 5 or more A - G grades.

99% achieved 1 A - G grade.

Start of Term for 6th Formers

The first day of lessons for 6th formers will be Monday 10th September (a week B).  However, all 6th form students must report to the academy at 8:25 on Friday 7th Sept to find out tutor groups, collect timetables, planners and vital information. 

A Level Results Success

Maltings and New Rickstones Academies joint Sixth Form had reason to celebrate today, with 19% A*-A grades and 35% A*-B grades in the A levels results. Overall the pass rate was 98%. These outcomes reflect the commitment the academies continue to have in improving educational standards for students in and around the Witham area.

Exam Results

GCSE results day will be on Thursday 23 August 2012 and results will be ready for collection between 10.00am and 1.00pm from the Restaurant.  Students who wish to enrol into the 6 Form will need to report to the Library after collecting their results.

If you are away on results day, please provide a stamped, addressed envelope to Mrs Levingbird, in the Main Office, and we will arrange to post the results to you.
