Examination Certificates are very important documents which you will need to present when applying for colleges, universities and employment. You are therefore urged to collect your certificates on Presentation Evening or as soon as possible thereafter and to keep them safely.
Although Maltings Academy is only obliged to keep certificates for a period of one year after issue we will keep certificates for a rolling two year period. If you did not collect your certificates from the school after the examinations please contact Mrs Chambers, Examinations Officer, at the school either by telephone (01376 512911) or by email: firstname.lastname@example.org
If you collected your certificates but have since lost your certificates, they can only be replaced with a Statement of Achievement by direct application to the appropriate examination boards. This will require information on where you sat your exams and proof of identity (such as a birth certificate) and a substantial fee per examination board.
