My role within the academy is to lead on Learning and Teaching. I am responsible for staff training, teach ICT at Key Stages 3 and 4 and Travel and Tourism at Key Stage 5.

My role within the academy is to lead on assessment, data management, reporting and examinations.  I am also a member of the Mathematics department, teaching at both Key Stages 4 and 5.

My role within the academy is to lead on community development and the specialisms of sport and science.  I am a member of the Physical Education department teaching at both Key Stages 3 and 4. I am also the Educational Visits Co-ordinator, ensuring that the vast number of trips are well organised and safe.

As Director of Witham 6 Forms, my role lies between both Maltings Academy and New Rickstones Academy. I am also part of the Modern Foreign Languages department at Maltings Academy - teaching at Key Stages 3, 4 and 5.  I teach Key Stage 5 Business Studies at New Rickstones Academy.
