Gymnastics Extension Day- Monday 1st March 2010

A group of 14 students from years 7-13 took part in an extension event at Dave’s Gymnastics Academy in Colchester. The students were selected based upon their determination and ability in gymnastics. All the students underwent extensive expert coaching from Dave Schadek in floor, beam, vault and high bar disciplines. All of the students had an excellent experience, even the few that already attend a regular gym club were amazed at the difference a days intensive coaching can make. Several of the students were inspired to want to learn more and said they would love to join a club. The students who took part were Katie Duncombe, Millie Smith, Zoe Thomson, Jessica Elliot, Yasmine Brewer, Charlotte Cullern, Georgia Herbert, Sophie Hill, Danny Mitchell, Leigh Mitchell, Zoe Warren, Celine Thompson, Ellie Besford and Jenny Haines.
