Dominic Fenton – Academies Community Sports Development Manager

I am employed by the Academies Enterprise Trust to develop sport and sporting opportunities within the local area.  Some of my work directly impacts the students during curriculum time, but mostly I work to bring the local community to invest in the future of sport in Witham.

My objectives are:

• To increase participation in sport for young people and adults in the community
• To help develop excellence in sports performers
• To help develop self-confidence in young people through sport
• To help foster and develop new and existing links between the academy and local sports club
