As an Academy, we value very highly our links with the community.  The buildings are used after school in the week and at the weekend by local businesses and organizations.  Some of these organizations also support in-school activities like Industry Days.  The sports specialism facilitates our growing links with local clubs and organizations.  Specialist days are run off site on some of these sporting facilities.  We also work closely with our local primary schools in sharing our resources - in terms of the teaching facilities, staff and students.
